Uber to Pay Antitrust Plaintiff for P.I.’s Snooping Tactics

Uber Technologies Inc. agreed to pay the legal fees of a customer who discovered that the transportation company’s outside private investigator lied to his friends and colleagues in an effort to dig up dirt on him and his lawyer in an antitrust lawsuit.
