DraftKings Lawyer Boies Says Massachusetts Rules Bid Best Bet

DraftKings Inc. lawyer David Boies said he doesn’t agree entirely with Massachusetts proposals to regulate daily fantasy sports, but the approach is better than efforts by New York to shut the industry down.

Boies made his comments during an interview Friday on Bloomberg Television. On Thursday, Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey said strict regulations there will include an advertising ban on college campuses and a requirement that players be at least 21 years old.
