With medical marijuana now in dozens of states, it was only a matter of time before corporate law firms took note and seized on the opportunity.

Davis Wright Tremaine is one of a small number of big firms that have recently launched a new practice group aimed at helping clients navigate the emerging patchwork of marijuana law in various states.
