Recruiting Coordinator

For the Miami Office of a Growing National Firm
This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Summer Associate program and new attorney hiring including planning events and the interview processes;
  • Work closely with Director to support lateral Partner and Associate hiring;
  • Coordinate on-boarding of all new hires including orientation, communication and integration;
  • Manage lateral/new attorney orientation, coordinate training initiatives, and assist with attorney review process;
  • Maintain candidate database and manage candidate and search firm correspondence;
  • Build trusted relationships with attorneys, candidates, law schools and search firms.

Qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of law firm recruiting experience; bachelor’s degree required;
  • Ability to take initiative and juggle multiple priorities;
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills;
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills who takes a proactive approach to work;
  • Highly motivated with strong initiative skills and exceptional attention to detail;
  • Solid computer experience including working knowledge of recruitment databases.
