Recruiting Coordinator
For the Miami Office of a Growing National FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the Summer Associate program and new attorney hiring including planning events and the interview processes;
- Work closely with Director to support lateral Partner and Associate hiring;
- Coordinate on-boarding of all new hires including orientation, communication and integration;
- Manage lateral/new attorney orientation, coordinate training initiatives, and assist with attorney review process;
- Maintain candidate database and manage candidate and search firm correspondence;
- Build trusted relationships with attorneys, candidates, law schools and search firms.
Qualifications include:
- 2+ years of law firm recruiting experience; bachelor’s degree required;
- Ability to take initiative and juggle multiple priorities;
- Strong organizational skills and project management skills;
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills who takes a proactive approach to work;
- Highly motivated with strong initiative skills and exceptional attention to detail;
- Solid computer experience including working knowledge of recruitment databases.
