HR Operations Manager
For the New York Office of a Boutique Litigation FirmThis is a filled position.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements;
- Coordinate open enrolments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs; respond to human resources-related inquiries; assist with payroll processing and benefits inquiries;
- Assist with creating and distributing internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies;
- Develop and maintain talent management processes; administer new employee on-boarding and orientation; conduct exit interviews;
- Monitor employee morale and company culture.
Qualifications include:
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in law firm Human Resources positions; bachelor’s degree required;
- Experience in the administration performance reviews, benefits and compensation programs;
- Excellent organizational skills, including demonstrated project management skills;
- Outstanding writing, leadership and influencing skills; proven ability to inspire confidence in leadership;
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS programs and Microsoft Office;
- Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and ability to show initiative, be proactive.
