On Wednesday, I interviewed Haley Altman for Litera TV, following news last week that Litera had named her its global director of business development and strategy.

Altman is a former lawyer who, in 2016, founded the transaction management platform Doxly. Last year, she sold Doxly to the document technology company Litera, joining the company as general manager of transaction management.

Our conversation Wednesday ranged from a discussion of her new role, to how she founded Doxly, to her experience as a woman entrepreneur in legal tech.

If you missed it, here’s the recording.
