New Yorker Artist Brings ‘Whimsy’ to Loeb & Loeb Website Reboot

“Whimsy” and “lightness” are not normally associated with traditionally staid Big Law marketing efforts, but global law firm Loeb & Loeb went in an unusual direction in the design of its new website by hiring the creative director of the New Yorker.

Nicholas Blechman, who has also served as art director of the New York Times Book Review and of the Times’ Op-Ed page, worked with the firm’s marketing team for about a year to develop more than 25 illustrations for Loeb & Loeb’s new site, which launched Nov. 26.
