On February 14, 2023, Prevu3D, the industry-leading provider of 3D digital twin technology, closed a US$10 million Series A funding round from Cycle Capital, Brightspark Ventures and Desjardins Capital.
The round was led by Cycle Capital, a leading growth stage climate tech venture capital firm that supports the development of innovative technologies and contributes towards climate change mitigation and advancing the transition to a net-zero economy.
BLG represented Cycle Capital, Brightspark Ventures and Desjardins Capital, with a team led by Patrice Martin that included Francis Lussier, Marc Abdelsayed, Francois Longpré, Clara Chow, Xavier Berwald-Grégoire, Anthony Hémond and Cathy Grégoire.
