Gowling WLG mourns the loss of Toronto partner Boyd Balogh

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our colleague and friend Boyd Balogh, who passed away on July 21, 2017.

Boyd was a Toronto-based Gowling WLG partner who was highly respected for his advocacy skills in the areas of insurance law, municipal liability, class actions and general commercial litigation.

With numerous Canadian, American and British insurers among his clients, he served as co-leader of Toronto's Insurance Law Group for several years.

Boyd will be fondly remembered as a valued partner, a positive force and a wonderfully warm and gentle man. We extend our deepest condolences to the Balogh family.
