BIG DEAL: Lynx Equity closes acquisition of Seattle-based G&W Commercial Interiors

On June 22, 2017, Lynx Equity Ltd., a diversified private equity firm that focuses on acquiring small and medium-sized businesses, closed the acquisition of Seattle-based G&W Commercial Interiors. G&W is a provider of commercial flooring and related services across the Pacific Northwest. Minden Gross LLP led the acquisition on behalf of Lynx, with Brian Temins as the lead lawyer with assistance from Spencer Bailey and Melodie Eng.
