Brad Hammer has joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in the technology, manufacturing, and transportation business unit as well as the data privacy and cybersecurity group, the firm said Wednesday.
Hammer, who is Minneapolis-based and will work for the virtual Link office, founded Vakaris Group in 2016 as a boutique firm that provided data privacy law capabilities, Husch Blackwell said.
His legal counsel includes international compliance issues, privacy program development, and due diligence and vendor management, according to the firm.
