Benchmark Litigation has named partner David Zinn the 2023 White Collar Crime/Investigations Litigator of the Year. According to Benchmark Litigation, this prestigious award recognizes the most distinguished litigators for their work over the past 12 months. David is co-chair of the firm’s Criminal Defense and Investigations practice and is regularly recognized as a leader in the white collar bar.

David has represented clients in connection with indictments and/or investigations involving allegations of securities, bank, accounting, and tax fraud; criminal antitrust violations; public corruption; money laundering violations; and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations. David’s matters frequently involve investigations by the SEC, the CFTC, and/or state attorneys general, as well as related civil litigation. Many of his matters also involve investigations by foreign prosecuting and/or regulatory authorities. His clients have included significant multinational companies, U.S. public companies, and individual executives.
