PROJECTS
Wiegmann Associates completed work on a new Ferrari dealership, Cavallino Rosso, located at 3000 South Hanley Road. Wiegmann designed and installed HVAC systems to serve the $6 million, two-story, 28,000-square-foot dealership. Brinkmann Constructors served as the general contractor.

Mia Rose Holdings is expanding The Prairie apartment community in Dardenne Prairie with the addition of a three-story building that will include 24 apartment units and nearly 15,000 square feet of space on the first floor. Midas Construction is the design-build contractor, with Fox Architects providing architectural services and Engenuity providing the engineering services.
Impact Strategies completed renovations to two retail suites for U.S. Properties Group in Collinsville, Illinois. The space will allow for the expansion of a Dollar Tree store and the creation of a new space for a future tenant. TR,i Architects was the architect-of-record for the project.
RECOGNITION
