Squire Patton Boggs advised private investment firm RCapital on the acquisition, turnaround and sale of Archant, a deal awarded ‘Mid-Market Turnaround of the Year’ at the prestigious Institute for Turnaround Awards 2022.
The team who advised on the transaction was led by partners Russ Hill and Geoff Perry, and also included partners Louise Barber, Devinder Singh and Roy Grist, senior associate Oliver Ward-Jones, and associates Leyla Parvizi, Indy Bening, Emily Davis, Elysia Watts, and Daniela Fasolino.
