Willkie Farr & Gallagher has appointed Tilda Shin as a partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office, where she will be a member of the Corporate & Financial Services Department.
A corporate lawyer with a focus on transactions in numerous industries, Tilda is the eighth partner to join Willkie’s Los Angeles office this year. Since opening in September 2021 with three partners, the office has added close to 20 partners across various practice areas, including corporate and M&A transactions, private equity, music and entertainment, asset management, private wealth, litigation, and tax.
Shin has a diverse corporate practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and general corporate matters. She brings significant experience representing clients in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and equity financings, including complex transactions in the entertainment, media and technology industries.
