O’Melveny Adds Former Justice Lawyer in White Collar Group (1)

Former Justice Department prosecutor David Harbach is joining O’Melveny & Myers’ white collar and corporate investigation practice after prosecuting war crimes at The Hague, the firm said Wednesday.

Harbach spent eight years as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York and in the Eastern District of Virginia. He served as special counsel to FBI Director James Comey from 2014 to 2015 and as a trial attorney in the public integrity section of Justice’s criminal division before that.
