Kirkland Advises Clearlake Capital on Acquisition of Spring Windows Fashions

Kirkland & Ellis advised Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (together with certain of its affiliates) on its definitive agreement to acquire Springs Window Fashions from affiliates of AEA Investors, LP and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
