Holland & Knight Serves as Colombian Counsel to GeoPark Limited in $150M Offering

BOGOTÁ (May 3, 2021) – A team of attorneys from Holland & Knight's Bogotá office represented GeoPark Limited (NYSE: GPRK) as to Colombian law matters, in the issuance of $150 million of 5.5% senior notes due 2027, issued under Rule 144A/RegS. The notes were issued on April 23.

BofA Securities, Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as initial purchasers of the issuance. The notes are guaranteed by GeoPark Chile SpA and GeoPark Colombia S.L.U.
