Latham & Watkins Advises Switch in Acquisition of Data Foundry

A multidisciplinary team advises the technology infrastructure company in the transaction.

Switch, Inc. (NYSE: SWCH), the exascale technology infrastructure corporation, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Data Foundry, Inc., a carrier-neutral colocation provider, for US$420 million in an all cash transaction. The acquisition is expected to close by mid-2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval.
