Dechert Advises on the Sale of Gravis Capital Management to ORIX Corporation

Dechert LLP advised the founders of Gravis Capital Management Ltd (“Gravis”) on the sale of a 70% equity stake in Gravis to a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Corporation, the Tokyo based financial services group.
Gravis is a London-based alternative asset management company, specializing in the management of funds in sectors including infrastructure, renewable energy and real estate, with a particular focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG). Gravis will remain an independent business within the ORIX group.
