Paul, Weiss advised Oak Hill Capital in its investment and partnership with Tampa-based American Veterinary Group, a company that owns and manages a network of veterinary hospitals. The transaction marks a continuation of Oak Hill's track record in building successful veterinary services businesses following prior investments in VetCor and Butler Schein; Paul, Weiss also advised on the earlier transactions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
