Mareesa also talked about Finnegan’s efforts in recruiting talent from historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs). In addition to recruiting, Finnegan attorneys teach at HBCUs to expose black students pursuing science, technology, engineering, or math degrees to a career in patent law.
