Ropes & Gray Advises Audax Private Equity in its Investment in 48forty Solutions

Ropes & Gray advised Audax Private Equity in the acquisition of a controlling interest in 48forty Solutions from Grey Mountain Partners. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on Dec. 1, were not disclosed. The press release is here. 

48forty Solutions is one of the largest pallet management services companies in North America, with a national network of over 225 facilities, including 44 company-owned and operated plants and more than 180 affiliates. Audax Group is a leading alternative investment manager with offices in Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Since its founding in 1999, the firm has raised over $26 billion in capital. 

The Ropes & Gray team that represented Audax Private Equity was led by private equity partners Kendrick Chow and Michael Lee (both of Boston).
