ThoughtRiver provides contract pre-screening services to in-house legal teams and law firms to increase sales velocity and deal throughput. ThoughtRiver has offices in New York, Singapore, London, Cambridge, and Auckland, and will use the new funding for further growth in the U.S. and expanding integrations with major tech partners.
The Goodwin team was led by Ali Ramadan, Ella Donegan, and Zena Hadjiargyrou, and included Rich Matheny, Gretchen Scott, and James Taylor.
