Stinson Attorneys Represent United State Bank in Merger Transaction

Stinson LLP attorneys Nate Van Emon and McGregor Johnson serve as legal counsel to River Valley Bancshares, Incorporated and United State Bank, based in Lewistown, Missouri, in their pending acquisition of Canton State Bank, based in Canton, Missouri. Canton State Bank will be merged with and into United State Bank, with United State Bank surviving the bank merger. The consummation of the bank merger is subject to certain conditions, including approval by the shareholders of Canton State Bank's parent company and the regulatory authorities. The bank merger is expected to occur before the end of 2020.
