TYSONS, Va. (May 15, 2024) – Holland & Knight advised Advance Solutions Corp., a ServiceNow Elite Partner, on its sale of Intella, an end-to-end talent acquisition solution, to ServiceNow Inc. (NYSE: NOW). The acquisition of Intella, announced on May 8, will enhance ServiceNow's Now Platform®.

The acquisition will help organizations currently using ServiceNow for employee onboarding and human resources (HR) support streamline the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes, integrating these functions into a single platform driven by artificial intelligence (AI).

Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, Advance Solutions offers custom workflow products that solve real-world business and industry challenges.
