Burr & Forman Grows Corporate & Tax Practice Group with the Addition of William Kim

Burr & Forman is pleased to announce the arrival of Partner William "Will" Kim to the firm's Orlando office as a member of the Corporate & Tax practice group. Will previously served as General Counsel for a large multinational managed technology solutions corporation and built the company's legal department and compliance regime.

Will focuses his practice on advising private equity funds, private and public companies, and entrepreneurs on the purchase and sale sides of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, equity and debt arrangements, corporate governance, and company formations. He has also advised clients from diverse industries, including technology, healthcare, telecommunications, industrial services, franchising, restaurants and retail, consumer products, education, and hospitality.

As a business-focused attorney, Will offers his clients sound legal advice and strategic guidance, helping them achieve their business objectives. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex corporate, transactional, and commercial agreements, managing legal and corporate governance concerns, and advising clients throughout their business cycle.

Will earned his J.D. from Yeshiva University Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from Cornell University. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.
