Winstead is pleased to announce that Shareholder Jeanne Katz will assume the position of chair of the Real Property Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association (DBA) on January 1, 2020.

As part of her new role, Katz, who has been on the board of directors of the section for three years to date, will ensure the section's more than 900 members have access to timely and interesting CLE presentations. She will also oversee monthly section meetings.

"Jeanne has worked her way up the hierarchy of the section over the last several years and has certainly earned the membership's trust to lead this prestigious section of the Bar," said Greg Zimmerman, Winstead shareholder and fellow Real Property Law Section member.

Katz is a member of Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Her practice focuses on real estate development with an emphasis on condominium and mixed use transactions, as well as real estate finance.

Search Tips:

You may use the wildcard symbol (*) as a root expander.  A search for "anti*" will find not only "anti", but also "anti-trust", "antique", etc.

Entering two terms together in a search field will behave as though an "OR" is being used.  For example, entering "Antique Motorcars" as a Client Name search will find results with either word in the Client Name.

Operators

AND and OR may be used in a search.  Note: they must be capitalized, e.g., "Project AND Finance."

The + and - sign operators may be used.  The + sign indicates that the term immediately following is required, while the - sign indicates to omit results that contain that term. E.g., "+real -estate" says results must have "real" but not "estate".

To perform an exact phrase search, surround your search phrase with quotation marks.  For example, "Project Finance".

Searches are not case sensitive.
