McDermott Will & Emery advised Webhelp in the acquisition of PitechPlus, a Romanian software company with more than 270 employees at its two sites in Cluj-Napoca and Targu Mures in Romania, and 36 clients in Europe, including France.
With this acquisition, Webhelp intends to strengthen its services and solutions offerings in the field of business process outsourcing (BPO). Specialist in customer experience, payment management, sales and marketing services through voice, social and digital channels, Webhelp is a French company present in 35 countries with 50,000 employees. Its ambition is to improve its customers’ performance by designing solutions that will sustainably transform their operational models and thus give them a real competitive advantage.
