Hogan Lovells has advised the ISOC Group on two transactions.

On the Purchaser's side, the present transaction was conducted by Counsel Bartosz Clemenz. The head of Hogan Lovells real estate legal practice, Partner Marek Grodek, supervised the transaction and coordinated the work of the multidisciplinary legal team. The real estate transaction team included Paweł Gnaś, Michał Zajączkowski, Ewa Kraszewska, Mateusz Dereszyński, Marta Popis, and Adam Nowosielski. Tax advice was provided by Andrzej Dębiec, the Partner heading the tax practice of the Hogan Lovells Warsaw Office, and Counsel Zbigniew Marczyk. All issues concerning IP law were dealt with by Ewa Kacperek, the Counsel heading the intellectual property, media and new technologies department, along with Jakub Baczuk, and Weronika Wołosiuk.

This is now the fifth significant real estate transaction the Hogan Lovells Warsaw office has carried out involving Asian investment in commercial real property in Poland.
