Wake Up Call: Baker McKenzie Confirms Death of Global Chair Paul Rawlinson

  • Baker McKenzie said its global chairman Paul Rawlinson died Friday. Rawlinson took temporarily leave from the firm in October 2018, citing “medical issues caused by exhaustion.” The firm gave no more details about his death, but said Jaime Trujillo, who was appointed the firm’s acting global chair last October, will continue in that role until a new global chair is named.
