Arnold & Porter Advises Camposol S.A. as Borrower in $200 Million Syndicated Loan

Arnold & Porter represented Camposol S.A. (Camposol) (Peru) as borrower in a $200 million senior secured term loan facility from Banco Santander S.A. (Santander) and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. (Rabobank). Camposol, a leading Peruvian agro-industrial company that harvests, processes and produces agricultural products, will use the proceeds of the loan to redeem its Senior Notes Due 2021 and finance its growth strategy, as well as for other corporate purposes.
