Dechert Announces One of Its Largest Partner Promotions Rounds

Global law firm Dechert LLP has announced today that the firm is making one of its largest rounds of promotions, with 16 lawyers in nine cities being promoted to the partnership, effective January 1, 2019. 

The new partners are:

With ten new partners in the U.S., three in London, two in Continental Europe, and one in Asia, the promotions align with Dechert’s global strategy focusing on the practice areas and economic centers where its clients are most active and where there is the greatest opportunity for growth.

The firm achieved 2017 revenues of US$977,900,000 following seven successive years of growth, and in 2018 the firm made 48 high-profile lateral partner and counsel hires globally strengthening the firm’s capability in its core practices. Dechert now has approximately 1,000 lawyers across its 27 offices in the U.S., EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
