Dechert Advises MedinCell on IPO

PARIS – Dechert LLP advised MedinCell on its IPO on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris. MedinCell is a technology-based pharmaceutical company developing a portfolio of long-acting injectable products in different therapeutic areas.

As part of its initial public offering, MedinCell has completed a capital increase of €30 million, which may be increased to €32.5 million if the over-allotment option is fully exercised. These funds will enable MedinCell to expand and accelerate the development of its product portfolio and technology platform. MedinCell will reach a market capitalization of approximately €144 million on the day of its introduction.

The Dechert team advising MedinCell on the legal aspects of the IPO was composed of:
