September 13, 2018 (NEW YORK) – International law firm Proskauer was recognized at LMG Life Sciences’ 6th annual Life Sciences Awards for representing longtime client Celgene in its $9 billion acquisition of Juno Therapeutics. LMG Life Sciences named the deal a Finance & Transactional Impact Deal of the Year 2018.
