Eric D. Kline Appointed Director of Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association
Eric D. Kline, a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton, has been appointed a director of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association (PVCA). He will serve from August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2020.
Mr. Kline is a resident in the Pittsburgh office of Pepper Hamilton and provides legal and business advice to growth companies from startup through exit. He also advises Fortune 500 companies in merger and acquisition, strategic partnering and joint venture transactions, and has represented venture capital, private equity and economic development agencies in their fund formation and venture capital investments. Mr. Kline brings more than 20 years of legal experience to his clients.
The Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association was founded in 1982 to catalyze venture investment and entrepreneurialism in Western Pennsylvania. Since then it has become the leading voice of private equity investors in the region.
