Cleary Gottlieb has partnered with Global Investigations Review (GIR) to publish an updated and expanded “Securities and Related Investigations Know-How Guide,” which now covers additional key jurisdictions.

The guide offers practical analysis on critical legal issues and investigations arising in the financial markets, including insider trading, accounting fraud, market manipulation, misrepresentations in disclosures, stealing or misappropriation of client funds, and breach of conduct rules.
