Morgan Lewis Kicks Off 2017–18 M&A Academy

PHILADELPHIA, October 17, 2017: Morgan Lewis kicks off its third annual M&A Academy today with a webinar titled “Beginning a Deal – Non-Disclosure Agreements and Letters of Intent.

This year Morgan Lewis will host more than 20 programs geared toward mergers and acquisitions professionals and specialists in employee benefits, intellectual property, and tax, among other areas, looking for a comprehensive, yet tailored, overview of the latest issues and significant developments in M&A.

More than 50 Morgan Lewis partners across a number of the firm’s leading practices will lead discussions in 27 webinars on critical topics ranging from privacy and data security issues in M&A transactions to cross-border regulatory issues, attracting participants from an array of industries.

“Over the last two years our M&A Academy has been attended by hundreds of participants from 800 companies, which confirms the value we bring to these informative sessions,” said partner Robert Dickey.
