Clifford Chance advises P2C Investissements in connection with its exit from the shareholding of Solutions 30
The group holding company for P2C Investissements SA has sold the entirety of its shareholding in Solutions 30, a European leader in new-technology solutions. This disposal formed part of a private placement by way of an accelerated book building of a block of 4,700,000 shares (accounting for 19.7% of the share capital).

Le holding animateur de groupe P2C Investissements SA a cédé l'intégralité de sa participation au capital de Solutions 30, leader européen des solutions pour les nouvelles technologies. Cette cession intervient dans le cadre du reclassement d'un bloc de 4.700.000 actions (représentant 19,7% du capital) par voie d'un placement privé accéléré.
