The successful financial closure of Concesión Pacífico Tres marked the beginning of the most ambitious investment program in the history of Colombia and the largest of its kind in Latin America, with 47 projects representing 8,000 kilometers of roads and 3,500 kilometers of highways – all at a projected cost of US $30 billion.
