Honigman Adds to Chicago Office’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Practices

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Taylor S. Webb to the firm.

Webb joins Honigman’s Chicago office as an associate in the Private Equity and Venture Capital practices. He joins Honigman after spending the last two years as an associate and corporate counsel to Z Capital Group LLC in Lake Forest, Illinois. Previously, he was an associate at Chapman and Cutler LLP in Chicago.

Webb earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an associate editor for the Michigan Journal of Private Equity and Venture Capital. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Liberty University in business with a focus in finance and economics.
