Foley Hoag Represents Mill Road Capital in $31M Private Placement Financing in Noodles and Company

Foley Hoag LLP recently represented private investment firm Mill Road Capital (Mill Road) in its $31.5 million private placement of Class A common stock in Noodles & Company. Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant chain headquartered in Broomfield, CO offering a wide variety of noodle and pasta dishes inspired by global flavors. Proceeds of the financing will be used to strengthen the Noodles & Company balance sheet, fund strategic initiatives and build the company brand.
Mill Road is focused on investing in and partnering with publicly traded micro-cap companies in the U.S. and Canada, with a strong record of investments in consumer brands, including in the restaurant industry. The firm has raised approximately $670 million of aggregate equity capital commitments and has offices in Greenwich, CT and the San Francisco Bay Area.
