Florida’s attorney general asked the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday to reinstate a new state law that cracks down on drag shows attended by children, a statute a federal district judge has struck down as likely unconstitutional.

Ron DeSantis in May,  states that businesses which let children attend “lewd” drag shows can lose their licenses and even face criminal prosecution.
