His ability to relate to a person and problem are synonymous - but not just relate, he can quickly arrive at several solutions that you hadn't even thought of; then he can quickly and concisely deliver his vision of how he would like to see those solutions delivered, something you would expect out of a true leader. This is an art that he has mastered quite well. I truly cherished working with Jeff in the years that we did, I learned a tremendous amount, he inspired me to be a better person, a better leader, a better worker, in all the things I do; the entire time we worked together he held me to a higher standard which drove me to work harder, and be that better person. It's been many many years since Jeff and I have worked together, and I look back on my career and can truly attribute my successes in life to his mentoring and friendship. I miss working with him, and feel quite envious of those who work with him on a daily basis now; I hope one day we could work together again.
