The longtime legal operations director of Google has left the tech giant to take on an executive role at Ironclad, a contract management company headquartered in San Francisco. Mary O’Carroll is also stepping away from the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), where she has served as president since January 2019.

At Google, O’Carroll worked as the director of operations, technology and strategy for the legal department since 2008. She began her role as Ironclad’s first chief community officer earlier this month.
