On Wednesday, Law.com reported that Jones Day, a victim of the Accellion FTA breach that affected dozens of businesses around the world, had been removed from the hacker group Clop’s website, which lists the businesses the group is targeting with stolen materials. As of early afternoon Thursday, the firm’s name is back on the list.

It is unclear why Jones Day was removed earlier this week, and why its name is now on the list again. Jones Day has maintained that it has no further comment on the issue.
