45 attorney law firm based in NYC seeks Director of Finance to oversee Billing, Accounting and Financial Operations. Successful candidate will provide operational and organizational leadership, oversee daily financial operations and provide reporting and strategic advice. Ability to obtain, analyze and utilize all financial and operational data to implement and improve financial management processes. Position requires initiative, independent follow-through, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Required qualifications: 5-10 years' accounting and finance experience, including minimum 2 years' Controller responsibility. Strong computer skills. Law firm experience strongly preferred.
