Wake Up Call: Cigna Must Face Drug-Pricing Class Action in Connecticut

• Morgan Lewis client Cigna Corp. suffered a big setback in Connecticut in a proposed class action accusing the insurer of overcharging for prescription drugs. The Connecticut federal judge in the case refused to dismiss most of a 10-count complaint against Cigna. ( Bloomberg Law )
