Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labour and employment law firms representing management, has taken a group of lawyers from Montgomery McCracken’s labour and employment practice. The foursome will join the firm’s Philadelphia office. The group includes Daniel O’Meara and Janice Dubler, who will join as shareholder, and two associates. Their arrival at the firm will significantly expand the firm’s labour and employment capabilities in Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and across the Northeast. Their employment law client base is focused in the pharmaceuticals, aerospace, executive search, manufacturing, building products, and non-profit sectors.
