Innovative Computing Systems, Inc., a leading provider of information technology services to law firms, announced that it is a top-ranked provider of exceptional customer service for the third consecutive year, according to the 2014 ILTA/InsideLegal Technology Purchasing Survey.
The survey included the question, “What legal vendors have provided exceptional customer service to you in the last year?” Respondents from the legal technology community provided write-in answers, and Innovative Computing Systems was among the top 12 most-mentioned companies, out of a total of 124.
